แพ็กเกจ Freemium/Premium/Investor และราคาแสดงในหน้า Support ชำระผ่าน Stripe — ยกเลิกได้ทุกเมื่อจาก Settings บริการคงอยู่ถึงสิ้นรอบที่ชำระแล้ว ค่าธรรมเนียมที่ชำระแล้วไม่คืน ยกเว้นตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด
การที่คุณป้อนข้อมูลพอร์ตโฟลิโอถือเป็นข้อมูลของคุณ — ดาวน์โหลดสำเนาได้จาก Settings การลบบัญชีเป็นการยุติสัญญานี้ และข้อมูลของคุณจะถูกลบตามนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว
บริการจัดให้ "ตามสภาพ" เราไม่รับประกันว่าบริการจะไม่มีข้อผิดพลาดหรือไม่หยุดชะงัก ในกรณีใด ๆ ความรับผิดรวมของเราต่อคุณจะไม่เกินค่าบริการที่คุณชำระใน 12 เดือนก่อนหน้า

All quotes, analytics, AI insights, and alerts are for information only and are not licensed investment advice. Market data may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete; AI outputs may be wrong. Investment decisions are solely yours.

No unlawful activity, attempts to breach the service, scraping of other users' data, or disruption of the service. We may limit or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Plans (Free/Premium/Investor) and prices are listed on the Support page; payments are processed by Stripe. Cancel anytime from Settings — access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
The portfolio data you enter is yours — export a copy anytime from Settings. Deleting your account terminates this agreement and your data is removed per the Privacy Policy.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, including the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019). We may update these terms with advance notice — contact: valtherosz@gmail.com
